Back in the 80s as BMX Freestyle rider of some note, I was asked by Richard Grant of BMX ACTION BIKE fame to help with some How-to freestyle articals.

This shot was for a Bar-Hope how-to and was never used in the magazine, obviously coz I look a ‘BERK’ but I quit like it so thought I’d share : )
